Scaled up Facility

2026

Ongoing

We are establishing a scaled-up facility at Telescope, St. Andrew’s (on Grenada’s east coast) to convert Sargassum into biogas and organic fertilizer. The biogas will generate electricity with a 160 kW capacity - enough to power up to 1,000 households - which will be supplied to the national grid. The organic fertilizer will be distributed to local farmers.

Renewable Energy Solution

We deliver a stable and predictable renewable energy source that reduces reliance on fossil fuels and complements intermittent renewables in the future energy mix.

Market Demand

The current dependence on fossil fuels in the energy and agriculture sectors creates strong market demand for our sustainable and affordable energy and organic fertilizer.

IPP Application

In Q4 2024, we applied for an Independent Power Producer (IPP) license under the Public Utilities Regulatory Commission (PURC). PURC has pre-selected our application and the electric utility Grenlec has approved our grid connection.

Advancing to Deployment

We are shortlisted by the Grenadian government National Sargassum Taskforce. With permitting nearly complete, we are now raising capital to deploy this facility. Partner with us to make it happen!
